Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Specialize the operational modules of Microsoft ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations) .
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on how to best leverage the operational capabilities of the Microsoft ERP system.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the operational aspects of implemented ERP systems, including system upgrades and enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the operational modules during implementation, testing, and post-go-live phases.
- Assist clients with reporting design and implementation using tools such as Power BI, or other relevant reporting solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 3+ years) as an ERP Financial Consultant with FMCG industry .
- Hands-on experience in configuring and implementing relevant operational modules within Microsoft Dynamics 365(Finance and Operations). .
- Have certification in MS Dynamics is a plus
