Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ERP Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing, configuring, and optimizing our ERP system, ensuring seamless integration with other business applications.

The successful candidate will be a key player in shaping our IT strategy, implementing and/or managing integrations between our systems and partners, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

What will you do?
  • Configure and manage integrations between the ERP system and other business applications, fostering seamless data flow.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure effective integration solutions.
  • Participate in ERP implementation projects, upgrades, and related initiatives.
  • Adhere to deadlines and project timelines, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Customize and maintain the ERP system to align with business processes, emphasizing analytical integration for enhanced performance.
  • Implement performance tuning measures to optimize system speed and efficiency.
  • Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within the ERP system.
  • Provide user training on system functionalities, emphasizing the analytical capabilities for improved reporting and decision-making.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues, system errors, and user problems promptly.
  • Collaborate with vendors and support teams to address complex technical issues.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
  • Implement and enforce security policies to protect sensitive data within the ERP system.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data protection standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and system changes.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes.
What do we expect from you?
  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an ERP Administrator or in a similar role with expertise in ERP system management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on optimizing system integration.
  • Key contributor to IT strategy, providing insights and recommendations for system enhancements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and system integrity.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Punctual and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
