Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the on-site erection activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, drawings, and safety regulations to guarantee structural integrity and prevent rework.
- Coordinate and supervise a team of skilled erectors, providing clear instructions, assigning tasks, and monitoring their performance to maintain high productivity and quality workmanship.
- Conduct regular inspections of erected structures, verifying alignment, dimensions, and the proper use of materials, proactively identifying and rectifying any deviations from the plan.
- Manage and maintain all erection equipment, tools, and machinery, ensuring they are in good working order and that safety protocols are followed to minimize downtime and prevent accidents.
Desired Candidate Profile
UAE DRIVING LICENSE + 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN CONSTRUCTION.
