Roles & Responsibilities

BlackStone eIT is a leading provider of integrated enterprise performance management solutions. We are seeking a skilled EPM Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will implement and optimize EPM systems to help our clients enhance their financial and operational performance.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to understand their performance management requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Assist in the design and configuration of EPM solutions, focusing on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Analyze business processes and provide recommendations for improvement using EPM tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EPM solutions within existing business systems.
  • Conduct testing, validation, and user training to ensure successful implementation.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients post-implementation to ensure effective use of EPM tools.
  • Document processes, enhancements, and training materials.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in EPM consulting or related financial management roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM suite of products, including ARCS, FCCS, EPBCS, EPRCS, EDMCS, TRCS, and HFM.
  • Strong understanding of financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and statutory reporting processes.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end EPM implementation projects, including requirement gathering, process blueprinting, configuration, data migration, UAT, and Go-Live activities.
  • Experience in EPM data integration with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP, or other financial systems).
  • Knowledge of financial rules, hierarchies, and calculation scripts within EPM applications.
  • Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into scalable EPM solutions.
  • Experience in designing dashboards, reports, and financial analytics for management and statutory reporting.
  • Strong skills in SQL, Essbase, Smart View, Data Management, and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in conducting workshops, training sessions, and preparing functional documentation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional, multi-location, and multicultural environment.
  • Experience with post-implementation support, hypercare management, and continuous process improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and ability to adhere to timelines, deliverables, and governance.
  • Awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements related to financial reporting and consolidation.ge.
