Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct requirement workshops with HR stakeholders to capture global & local needs.
  • Configure SuccessFactors Employee Central modules including Core HR, Position Management, Time-Off, and Benefits.
  • Define and implement workflows, business rules, and role-based permissions (RBP).
  • Lead integration design between EC, SAP Payroll (ECP or on-prem HCM), SAP Finance, and third-party systems.
  • Support data migration activities (from legacy HR systems to EC).
  • Provide end-user training, change management, and post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with SuccessFactors consultants across Talent modules (Performance, Learning, Recruiting) for full HCM transformation.
  • Ensure system compliance with country-specific legal, tax, and regulatory requirements.
  • Optimize HR processes with self-service capabilities (ESS/MSS via EC & Fiori).
  • Work with People Analytics tools to deliver real-time HR insights.

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Expertise in Employee Central configuration, workflows, and RBP.
  • Knowledge of Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and payroll integration.
  • Understanding of data migration, HR reporting, and People Analytics.
  • Familiarity with integration to SAP S/4HANA Finance, HCM, and third-party systems.

Soft Skills

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with HR leadership.
  • Ability to work in global HR transformation programs with multi-country scope.
  • Excellent communication, training, and documentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on HR process optimization and compliance

Desired Candidate Profile

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Information Systems.
  • SAP Certified Application Associate SuccessFactors Employee Central (mandatory).
  • Additional SuccessFactors certifications (e.g., Payroll, Time-Off, Performance & Goals) are a plus.

Experience

  • 5 8 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with at least 2 3 full lifecycle EC implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of core HR, Time-Off, Position Management, and Payroll integration.
  • Experience in multi-country EC rollouts and localization.
  • Familiarity with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) / Dell Boomi / middleware tools for EC integration.
