1- Manage the day-to-day operations to ensure that work processes and documentations are implemented as designed and in compliance with established standards and procedures

3- Participate in the formulation of software testing policies and procedures, and facilitate product testing to assess whether the developed application fits what the customer needed

4- Manage the effective achievement of IT development objectives by setting individual targets, developing and motivating staff in order to maximize subordinate s performance

5- Establish what the customer / stakeholder needs outputs, budgets, and technical capabilities / limitations of what is to be developed

6- Carry out cost- benefits analysis to ascertain the feasibility of project implementation; and assist in evaluation and allocation of resources for projects to gain approval and funding

7- Use domain experience to define the implementation strategy for development projects

8- Develop test scenarios, cases, and scripts to exercise and confirm business functional requirements

9- Develop and implement project briefs for contractors and work programmes for team members, to clarify the outputs required, roles in project groups, and specify quality standards expected

10- Generate RFP/RFQ for major solution implementations to submit it to solution integrators

11- Select contractors, and manages the interface between WE Data and contractors, monitor contractor progress against project deadlines and take corrective action if needed

13- Projects feasibility studies and analysis

14- Project management and completion within agreed time frame, budget and Quality of outputs

15- Development of codes and scripts

16- Scripts tests execution and bugs detection

17- Contractors selection, monitoring and evaluation

18- Adherence to IT development procedure and instructions

19- Contribute to roll-out planning and final hand-over of applications, ensuring that customers will be able to use the application properly

20- Lead the development of IT applications and programming, and selection of packages to be used in programming, checking against quality standards, clarifying roles in project groups

21- Facilitate product testing and report software "bugs", to assess application fit to interfaces, customer requirements, and compliance with security and quality standards

22- Provide technical leadership, coaching and guidance to team members to ensure optimum output quality

23- Ensure team efficiency by eliminating the risk factors and conducting on time follow-up

24- Participate in constructing valid service delivery framework for IT services
