Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive examinations of patients with ear, nose, and throat disorders to diagnose conditions accurately.
- Perform surgical procedures such as tonsillectomies and sinus surgeries, ensuring precision and patient safety.
- Perform cosmetic and reconstructive rhinoplasty procedures, demonstrating exceptional skill and aesthetic precision.
- Perform laser-assisted snoring and airway surgeries to effectively treat sleep-related breathing disorders.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for patients with complex conditions.
- Stay updated with advancements in ENT practices and technologies to enhance treatment outcomes.
- Manage a busy clinic schedule while maintaining a high standard of patient care and satisfaction.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools, including endoscopes and audiometers, to assess and monitor patient conditions effectively.
- Participate in research activities to contribute to the advancement of ENT medicine and treatment methodologies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent degree specializing in Otolaryngology, with a strong academic background.
- Board certification in Otolaryngology, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in ENT, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of diverse conditions.
- Fluency in English and preferably a second language, enhancing communication with diverse patient populations.
- Strong technical skills in performing ENT procedures and using diagnostic equipment, crucial for effective patient assessment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients and families.
- Analytical mindset, capable of diagnosing complex cases through thorough evaluation and analysis.
- Physical stamina and dexterity, essential for performing intricate surgical procedures with precision.
- Must be currently residing within the United Arab Emirates
