We are seeking an experienced and board-certified ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) Specialist to join a reputable healthcare facility in Al Ain. The role involves diagnosing and treating conditions of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck while delivering high-quality patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both medical and surgical ENT procedures, with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Diagnose and manage a wide range of ENT-related conditions such as sinusitis, tonsillitis, allergies, hearing disorders, and throat infections.
  

• Surgical Procedures: Perform ENT surgeries including tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, septoplasty, endoscopic sinus surgery, and other related procedures.
  

• Patient Consultations: Conduct detailed patient assessments, explain diagnoses, and provide treatment recommendations.
  

• Audiology & Hearing Care: Collaborate with audiologists to assess and manage hearing loss and related conditions.
  

• Emergency Care: Manage ENT-related emergencies, including foreign body removal and airway obstructions.
  

• Preventive Care: Advise patients on lifestyle and preventive measures to maintain ear, nose, and throat health.
  

• Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with UAE healthcare standards.
  

• Collaboration: Work within a multidisciplinary medical team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  

Work Schedule

• Full-time position with flexible scheduling in line with medical center policies.
  

Compensation
Requirements

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) recognized by UAE authorities.
  

• Specialization in ENT
  

• License: Valid UAE medical license (DOH/HAAD, MOH, or DHA), or eligibility to obtain one.
  

• Minimum 5 years of post-specialization experience in ENT practice.
  

• Strong surgical and diagnostic skills with excellent patient management abilities.
  

• Proficiency in English; Arabic language is an added advantage.
  

• Previous experience in the UAE healthcare sector.
  

• Expertise in both pediatric and adult ENT care.
