Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and interactive English lessons to students in accordance with the school s curriculum and educational philosophy.
- Develop lesson plans and instructional materials that cater to various learning styles and abilities.
- Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and regular feedback, adapting teaching methods as needed.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and language development.
- Incorporate innovative teaching techniques, including the integration of technology and multimedia resources.
- Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student growth and address individual learning needs.
- Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, such as language clubs, competitions, and school events.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance in compliance with school policies.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions to stay current with best practices in English education.
- Uphold the school s values, mission, and code of conduct in all interactions with students, staff, and the community.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 1 to 4 years of proven experience teaching English at the elementary or secondary level.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging lesson plans and deliver effective instruction.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to foster a positive learning environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with modern educational technologies and digital learning platforms.
- Ability to assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work as part of a diverse team.
- Commitment to continuous professional growth and development.
- Flexibility to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of different learners.
