Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality English tutoring across all levels, including Primary, I/GCSE, A'Levels, and IB Diploma Programme.
- Provide strong foundational support in Mathematics for Primary students up to Year 7 / Grade 6.
- Design, plan, and conduct engaging lessons tailored to individual student needs.
- Prepare students for exams, ensuring familiarity with the UAE curriculum and international exam standards.
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies to improve performance.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively, maintaining discipline and encouraging active participation.
- Communicate regularly with students and parents regarding academic progress and areas of improvement.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and abilities.
- Ensure punctuality, professionalism, and adherence to the center’s policies and schedule.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Currently residing in the UAE and available to start immediately
- Holds a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience in the UAE, with knowledge of local and international curricula.
- Confident in teaching English across all levels, including I/GCSE, A'Levels, and IB DP.
- Able to teach Mathematics up to Year 7 / Grade 6, with strong conceptual understanding.
- Excellent classroom management and lesson-planning skills.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage students and parents.
- Flexible, patient, and adaptable to meet diverse student learning needs.
- Committed to maintaining professional standards and delivering results-driven tutoring.
Working Hours
- 5 days per week (2 non-consecutive days off)
- Weekdays: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Sundays: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 48 working hours per week
Compensation & Benefits
· Starting from AED 6,500 (all-inclusive)
· Visa & health insurance provided
