AGS Salalah is a vibrant, international community in the heart of the Dhofar region of Oman. We currently provide education from KG1 to Year 10, with learners entered for their IGCSEs, and we are in an exciting phase of growth as we expand further into both primary and secondary.

• Hold consistently high expectations of all learners and believe in every child s potential.
• Demonstrate strong subject knowledge in ICT and Business Studies, with experience teaching the Cambridge curriculum (including IGCSE).
• Plan and deliver engaging, innovative lessons that develop digital skills, business awareness, and critical thinking.
• Confidently integrate technology into teaching and assessment, modelling effective use of ICT in the classroom.
• Guide learners in using digital tools safely and responsibly, embedding digital citizenship.
• Use assessment data effectively to track progress, inform planning, and support personalised learning.
• Create a classroom environment that is purposeful, supportive, and challenging.
• Be highly motivated, adaptable, and resilient, with a strong commitment to international education.
• Work in close partnership with parents, colleagues, and school leaders to maximise learner outcomes.
• Contribute actively to our one team ethos valuing collaboration, openness, and mutual support.
• Support learners with exam preparation, coursework, and the development of independent study skills.
• Bring enthusiasm to extra-curricular life, for example through coding clubs, enterprise challenges, or other ICT/Business-related activities.
