Roles & Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including response time and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve service delivery.
- Adhere to company protocols, security standards, and compliance requirements.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
