Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Position Responsibilities:
Inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing aircraft engines and other propulsion systems.
Follow established procedures and technical orders to maintain equipment in accordance with safety and maintenance standards.
Performing routine maintenance on propulsion systems to keep them in good working order.
Using specialized tools and equipment to perform maintenance and repairs.
Collaborating with other maintenance disciplines to ensure that aircraft are ready for flight operations.
Able to assign and perform CUT (Cross Utilization Training) as required.
Works under general supervision.
This position requires the ability to obtain the US Security Clearance from the US Government.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience in Engines and Propulsion Systems.
Must be willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime. Some positions may also be rotating shifts.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience on military fighter platforms (F-16, F-18, F-22, F-5, F-14, or F-15).
Military or vocational school related to discipline or equivalent.
Export Control Requirements:
This is an export control position. Meaning:
1) Position may be export controlled.
2) Government authorisation may be required.
3) Employment contingent upon meeting trade control requirements.
