What You ll Do

* Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance across hotel systems and public areas.
* Complete work orders and maintenance tasks as assigned by the Duty or Chief Engineer.
* Maintain plant rooms, workshops, and related spaces in a safe and clean condition.
* Support safe and efficient hotel operations through routine inspections and repairs.
* Participate in the design and execution of preventive maintenance programs.
* Report any equipment issues or safety risks promptly.
* Follow all health and safety protocols during repair and installation work.
* Contribute to energy-saving initiatives and operational improvements.

Ideal Profile

* 1 to 2 years of technical experience in a hotel or resort engineering role.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
* Capable of lifting, pushing, or carrying heavy objects in a physical environment.
* Knowledge of basic maintenance practices and preventive systems.
* Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
* Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
