About the Role
Join the pre-opening team of Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea, a landmark destination on the Saudi coast. As Engineering Supervisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the operation and maintenance of all resort systems and facilities. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Engineering, you will supervise daily maintenance activities and ensure all infrastructure is functioning efficiently, safely, and to Four Seasons world-class standards.

What You Will Do
Oversee and coordinate the work of engineering technicians in performing preventive and corrective maintenance across the property.
Ensure timely response to guest requests, operational issues, and emergencies.
Inspect guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to ensure engineering systems and safety standards are met.
Maintain detailed records, reports, and compliance logs for inspections, equipment, and repairs.
Train and mentor team members, ensuring high performance, safety awareness, and technical excellence.
Support energy conservation and sustainability initiatives across the resort.
Collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless luxury service and resort functionality.

What You Bring
Minimum 2 3 years of supervisory experience in an engineering or maintenance role, ideally in a luxury hotel or resort.
Strong technical background in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
Previous pre-opening experience is an advantage.
Fluent in English; eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia is required.
