Roles & Responsibilities
What You ll Do
- Lead the hotel s engineering team, ensuring safe, efficient, and innovative operations.
- Oversee maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems to the highest standards.
- Drive preventive maintenance and sustainability initiatives, reducing energy costs and environmental impact.
- Manage capital improvement projects and liaise with contractors to ensure flawless execution.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, fire safety, and environmental codes.
- Develop and mentor a talented team of technicians, creating a culture of care and continuous improvement.
