In this role, you will:

• Lead & Mentor: Inspire, grow, and support an engineering team to reach their full potential.

• Own Delivery: Oversee the planning, execution, and on-time delivery of projects that align with business goals.

• Shape Strategy: Define and execute engineering strategies that scale our products and fuel innovation.

• Improve Processes: Streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and foster continuous improvement.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Product, R&D, and other departments to deliver cohesive and impactful solutions.

• Ensure Quality: Maintain high engineering standards with robust QA processes.

• Manage Risks & Resources: Identify challenges early, mitigate risks, and optimize budgets and resources.
  
  

What we're looking for:

• 5-7 years of engineering leadership experience

• Strong background in software development or a related technical field

• Proven ability to lead remote teams and manage complex projects

• Hands-on experience with Agile development and project management tools

• Excellent communication skills, both technical and business-oriented

• Strong command of English (written and spoken)

• A strategic mindset with a passion for building impactful digital products
