Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the company s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
  • Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with best practices and security policies.
  • Implement and maintain data backup and disaster recovery solutions to safeguard company information.
  • Support end-users by providing timely technical assistance and training on IT systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess technology needs and recommend effective IT solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Document IT processes, configurations, and incident resolutions for knowledge sharing and future reference.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3 to 8 years of proven experience in IT engineering or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of network administration, server management, and IT security protocols.
  • Experience with hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with backup solutions, disaster recovery planning, and data protection best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively support and train end-users.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of IT service.
  • Willingness to stay current with technological advancements and industry best practices.
