ENGINEER IN CHARGE OF TCE PROJECT

Description of the company and the position:

On behalf of our client, a leader in its sector of activity, we are recruiting an engineer who is a TCE Project Manager – New Works.

You will be responsible for the complete management of capital projects, from the design phase to the final delivery. You will be the guarantor of quality, compliance with deadlines and costs, while ensuring the coordination of the various stakeholders.

Mission:

Your responsibilities:

Manage investment and new works projects in compliance with quality standards, allocated budgets and deadlines.

Participate in preliminary project studies: feasibility analysis, needs assessment, development of specifications.

Supervise on-site work by ensuring strict compliance with safety rules, technical standards and contractual commitments.

Develop and monitor implementation schedules, coordinating internal teams and external service providers.

Ensure the design, implementation and monitoring of new works (extensions, redevelopments, construction or modernisation of facilities).

Optimize the available resources (human, material, financial) to guarantee the performance of projects.

Ensure regular reporting to management on the progress of projects, identified risks and corrective measures implemented.

Profile :

Engineering degree, with a specialization in civil engineering.

You have a minimum of 3 years' proven experience in the management of technical or industrial projects.

You are proficient in planning tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.) and budget management.

With an excellent sense of organization, you are rigorous, responsive, and have a strong ability to unite around projects.
