Roles & Responsibilities
Job Location : UAE
Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years professional experience (UAE experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, authority approvals, and submission processes
Proficient in design software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp
Experience in residential and commercial project work
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Key Responsibilities :
Prepare architectural and engineering drawings and specifications
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities
Assist with authority submissions and permit approvals
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with UAE regulations
Support project planning and execution activities
