Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform intricate root canal treatments to save natural teeth and alleviate patients' pain with precision and expertise.
  • Utilize advanced imaging techniques, such as CBCT, to accurately diagnose complex endodontic conditions.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough patient evaluations and diagnostic findings.
  • Manage postoperative care and monitor patient recovery, ensuring optimal healing and addressing any complications.
  • Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of an accredited endodontic residency program with a focus on advanced root canal therapies.
  • Board certification in endodontics, demonstrating a commitment to the highest standards of practice.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on endodontic experience in a clinical setting, showcasing proficiency in complex cases.
  • Proficiency in digital imaging and modern endodontic equipment, ensuring effective treatment outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills to explain procedures clearly and compassionately to patients and their families.
  • Exceptional manual dexterity and attention to detail, critical for performing delicate dental procedures.
