Position Overview
Al-Futtaim Health is seeking a Specialist Endocrinologist to join its expanding HealthHub Clinics in Dubai. The role involves diagnosing, managing, and treating patients with a wide range of endocrine and metabolic disorders while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. The successful candidate will bring proven expertise, a collaborative mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement in clinical outcomes.

Core Duties
* Diagnose and manage endocrine disorders including diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, adrenal and pituitary conditions
* Prescribe and adjust medications and hormone therapies tailored to individual patient needs
* Conduct thorough consultations, explain treatment options, and provide guidance on nutrition, lifestyle, and preventive care
* Monitor patient progress through regular follow-ups and adapt treatment plans accordingly
* Support patients and families managing complex and chronic endocrine conditions
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care for chronic disease management
* Lead and participate in clinical audits, research, and continuous education programs to improve endocrine practice standards
* Implement and assess chronic disease care plans, especially for diabetic, cardiac, and respiratory patients
Candidate Requirements
* DHA license or eligibility as Specialist Endocrinologist
* MBBS, MBChB, or equivalent from an accredited institution
* Specialty qualification recognized by DHA, HAAD, or MOH UAE
* Certification in Basic and Advanced Life Support
* Minimum of 5 years experience at specialist level
* Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
* Proven ability to manage complex endocrine cases and deliver evidence-based care
* Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability in a clinical setting
