KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
DESCRIPTION
Enablement Portfolio Management
Assuring Enablement Portfolio projects & initiatives timely and effective delivery through effective identifications of initiatives/ project risks and roadblocks, in order to ensure the proper mitigation and handling of the identified risks.
Maintain Enablement Portfolio projects knowledge and information management, including secure filing of all key documentation in collaboration with Project Information Manager.
Support in Developing, implementing and maintaining a reporting mechanism to communicate and align with key stakeholders on the status of the Enablement Portfolio projects (schedule, risks, budget allocation, outcomes, etc.).
Support in Identifying potential risks and issues for Portfolio s projects, develop mitigation plans in cooperation with business owners, and suggest recommendations to minimize delays, cost overruns, or quality issues
Support in reviewing the Portfolio s projects linked to the initiatives and set their priorities in coordination with the concerned departments.
Support in conducting project assessments, to find the root causes of project delays, cost overruns, quality issues etc.
Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports
Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports and functional deliverables to meet the functional requirements in order to achieve the desired efficiency and performance excellence.
