Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the plan and implement the activities of the ER services.
- Administer ER procedures including Onboarding.
- Provide employees with the needed letters.
- Handle the exit procedures and its related documents according to the labor law .
- Follow up the governmental medical insurance regulations for new hires .
- Maintain the contract for all employees according to the labor law.
- Maintain the social insurance procedures with the law.
- Maintain the filing system for the current & resigned employees .
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Labor of laws, Business Administration, or related field.
- V.Good up to Excellent Command of English language.
- Analytical thinking.
- Experience in a similar industry or large organization at least 1 year.
- Knowledge of labor laws, Social Insurance, and ER best practices.
- Microsoft Office Usage along with Google business package "sheet, word, Etc..
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution expertise.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- HR Diploma is a Plus.
- SuccessFactors Usage Experience is a Plus.
