Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments and rapid diagnosis of patients presenting with acute medical conditions.
  • Lead and manage emergency department operations, ensuring efficient patient flow and optimal resource utilization.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based protocols for managing critical care scenarios, tailored to the needs of the department.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior medical staff, enhancing their clinical skills and decision-making abilities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school, with specialized training in emergency medicine.
  • Board certification in emergency medicine, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in the field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a high-acuity emergency department setting.
  • Proven track record of leadership in emergency medicine, showcasing skills in team management and crisis intervention.
  • Advanced life support certifications, including ACLS, ATLS, and PALS, to ensure readiness for critical situations.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong asset for diverse patient interactions.
