Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and advanced IVF laboratory techniques, including:
• Semen analysis and preparation
• Oocyte retrieval handling
• Fertilization procedures (IVF, ICSI)
• Embryo culture and grading
• Embryo transfer preparation
• Cryopreservation (oocyte, sperm, and embryo freezing/thawing)
• Maintain laboratory equipment, culture media, and consumables to ensure optimal operating conditions.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality control (QC), quality assurance (QA), and infection control protocols.
• Record, analyze, and report laboratory results accurately in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with IVF consultants, nurses, and counselors in planning and coordinating patient treatments.
• Counsel patients on laboratory-related procedures and outcomes, when required.
• Participate in research, innovation, and implementation of new ART techniques.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and local/national regulations on reproductive technology.
• Contribute to accreditation processes and laboratory audits
