ELV Engineer

· Design of the ELV Systems (Fire Alarm System, Electronic Security System, CCTV, Building Management System, Audio Visual, IT passive system, PA system and car park management etc.

· Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems, including Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV & Security Systems, Access Control Systems, Public Address / Voice Evacuation Systems, Structured Cabling & Networking, Building Management Systems (BMS), Audio Visual Systems.

· Coordinate with sub-contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure timely completion.

· Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals.

· Ensure compliance with international standards (NFPA, BS, EN, etc.) and local regulations.

· Conduct inspections and quality checks throughout the project lifecycle.

· Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams for technical discussions.

· Prepare project progress reports and update management.

· Assist in preparing project estimates, BOQs, and technical proposals.
