Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
To deliver expert installation, configuration, and support for electronic systems and smart technologies in residential and office environments, ensuring seamless connectivity and user experience.
· Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems and access control devices
· Set up and troubleshoot home automation systems (smart lighting, security, IoT devices)
· Configure and support mobile devices and smart gadgets (smartphones, tablets, wearables)
· Install and maintain wireless access points for optimal connectivity
· Provide support for meeting room technologies, including AV and conferencing equipment
· Deliver timely troubleshooting and technical support across all electronic systems
Desired Candidate Profile
· 3 – 5 years of extensive hands-on experience with mobile devices, smart gadgets, and home automation systems
· Proficiency in device configuration, troubleshooting, and support
· Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, and networking technologies
· Ability to support meeting room AV systems and latest consumer electronics
· Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
· Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline.

Preferred Certifications
· Certifications in electronics or related fields
· Vendor-specific certifications for CCTV, access control, or home automation systems
