Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and maintain all test bench equipment (constitution)
Ensure the development and evolution of preventive and predictive maintenance plans
Managing internal or external subcontracting for the service
Record incidents occurring on the test benches
Acquire all the necessary skills to validate a test bench during an intervention.
Provide troubleshooting/maintenance services for industrial equipment
Validate the interventions carried out through functional tests and update the CMMS and logbooks with information about these interventions.
Participate in improving the reliability of test benches based on feedback from detected faults.
To make suggestions for improvement with the aim of improving the availability rate of resources
Participate in the design process to select technical solutions during the development of new test benches.
Keeping informed about new technologies
Prevent potential breakdowns by listening to operators (repeated random events, micro-stops) and by reporting anomalies detected during interventions.
Manage site metrology and ensure the verification and calibration methods of instruments and devices.
Desired Candidate Profile
With a Bac+2 qualification in electronics, you possess good skills in electronics with some knowledge of mechanics.
