Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) at the component level.
  • Familiar with troubleshooting PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) controls.
  • Modify/upgrade machine controls and install new PLCs as per requirements.
  • Program PLCs according to specifications.
  • Strong fundamentals in automation and computer literacy.
  • Experience in industrial electrical works is a plus.
  • Repair hydraulic presses, plate rolls, shearing machines, and multipurpose iron worker machines.
  • Perform manual/automatic welding and operate overhead cranes.
  • Utilize plasma, CNC portable, and NC plasma cutting machines.
  • Knowledge of prime mover units, such as generators.
