Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
Inspect electrical systems and components to identify hazards or defects.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults efficiently and safely.
Perform plumbing works including installation and repair of pipes, drainage systems, and sanitary fittings.
Detect leaks and blockages and carry out necessary repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
Support other maintenance and repair tasks as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in both electrical and plumbing works Knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety regulations. Familiarity with plumbing systems, fixtures, and materials. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Basic verbal communication skills (English; other language skills a plus).
