Electrical Supervisor Apparel FZCO

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, guide, and execute routine, breakdown, and overhaul maintenance of the conveyor system.
• Knowledge of sequence controls, wiring, schematic drawings, VFD’s, servo motors and other critical electrical/electronic equipment.
• Monitor and maintain the proper functioning of electrical/electronic systems and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Ensure that maintenance tasks are completed effectively and on time, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal equipment performance.
• Provide technical support and ensure compliance with safety procedures, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Provide support and training to direct reports as needed to improve performance or generate opportunities for the growth and development of employees.
• Prepare and submit technical reports documenting maintenance activities, issues, and resolutions.
• Other projects and duties as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• 3+ year’s Experience in servicing &maintaining Automation system or related field.
• Strong Knowledge in PLC, servo motors & Industrial control system.
• Ability to work all levels of electrical voltage; single and three phase motors.
• Requires working in shifts
