Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all forklifts and minor mechanical tasks (including but not limited to troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, etc.)
  • Confirming with the customer service visits that meet the agreed due time
  • Responsible for performing maintenance work for electrical/diesel forklifts
  • Performing fault tracing and repair work for electrical & diesel forklift models
  • Responsible for installing, controlling, inspecting incl. commissioning / re-commissioning the new forklifts
  • Completing the service task given during the due date.
  • Achieving/ensuring customer satisfaction for each job done.
  • Performing final reports and documentation forms and ensuring their reception to the service coordinator.
  • Open new opportunities for the maintenance/repair needed during each and any assigned job.
  • Full responsibility for all received company assets (tools, field service cars etc.).
