Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Spearhead project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with client specifications and company objectives.
  • Oversee all electrical project phases, from initial design to final commissioning, guaranteeing adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Manage and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting professional development.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard project success.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, ensuring optimal pricing and timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and industry best practices, promoting a safe work environment.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports, highlighting progress, challenges, and key performance indicators.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project issues, minimizing disruptions and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, and procurement, for seamless project delivery.
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance project efficiency and quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required for a Construction Company


- Holds Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical.

- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a construction company in GCC

- Fluent in English & Arabic

- Holds U.A.E. Driving License
