Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare the inspection team job orders including the needed spare parts to perform the jobs.
- Prepare the weekly stoppage plans for the plant equipment.
- Prepare the yearly overhauling plan for the equipment.
- Prepare the yearly plan for spare parts.
- Follow up the on-hand stock and monitor the minimum, maximum and reorder points.
- Control and monitor the monthly budget.
- Communicate with the procurement team to follow up on the purchasing requests and purchase orders.
- Evaluate technically the offers coming from the procurement team.
- Control the quality of the received spare parts in the warehouse.
- Control the progress and the budget during the overhauling of the equipment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Experience in a similar role from 4-6 years, preferable in the Cement industry.
Strong analytical, critical, logical thinking skills
Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadline
Good command in Microsoft office (word excel- PowerPoint).
Good command in using Microsoft project for planning duties.
ORACLE knowledge is an advantage
