At Eni, we are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical) within the Zubair Field Operating Division (Zubair Mishrif Expansion) in Basra, Iraq. You will follow and supervise the preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance activities in the field, ensuring compliance with reference standards, policies and procedures. You will coordinate with production to guarantee the prompt, safe and environmentally respectful execution of all maintenance activities.

Your employment contract will be managed by Eni International Resources Ltd (EIRL).

Main responsibilities:

• Supervise the electrical work carried out by maintenance contractors.
• Meet assigned maintenance targets.
• Meet assigned reliability and availability targets.
• Meet assigned operational performance targets.
• Ensure the health, safety, and security of all field assets.
• Ensure that spare parts for repairs and installations are kept on hand at all times.
• Endorse work feedback and close out work orders in the maintenance database.
• Demonstrate personal engagement in the HSE domain by respecting policies and recommendations of Eni and ZFOD rules, standards and procedures, and possess knowledge of electrical security rules and legislation.

Skills and experience required:

• Degree or diploma in a relevant engineering or technical discipline.
• Extensive operations and maintenance experience in the petroleum industry, including production operations with significant experience in a supervisory role as an Electrical Supervisor.
• Knowledge of electrical maintenance activities, preventive and corrective maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience in maintenance management, predictive maintenance and operations/maintenance advising.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in maintenance engineering, including CMMS activities, maintenance systems and policies.
• Understanding of production operations, specifically Oil & Gas facilities and equipment.
• Familiarity with organization processes, internal standards and documentation management.
• Knowledge of best practices and international standards for supports and technologies.
• Compliance with local, national, and international standards and codes, including health, safety, environment and quality.
