Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Follow up on machine utilities (Production Lines, chillers, compressor, lightening, generator, etc.)
Program and troubleshoot control system.
- Identify and expect any technical error and try to figure errors in the machine before it occurs.
Follow up on spare parts availability.
- Revise daily checklist with the technicians.
- Create a daily report with spare parts availability.
- Solid background of the instrumentation (proximity, flow, level, pressures, e encoders, positions, Thermocouples, RTD, vibration transmitters and actuators, control valves )
- Responsible for the test of electric power and connections for any new equipment that will be installed.
- Oversees in trouble- shooting complex electrical problems and failures by working closely with his team whenever required.
- Assists in trouble shooting of problems of unknown cause, i.e. could be electrical, mechanical, process row materials, etc.
- Responding to breakdowns .
Desired Candidate Profile
- Major Electrical Power Engineering Bachelor degree.
- Min. 3 years of experience in Electrical Maintenance in a manufacturing Companies.
- Strong knowledge with PLCs - drives - Classic control - Programming.
- Proficient user for Microsoft tools like word - excel - power point.
- Basic knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment rules and practices.
- Fluent English Language.
- Strong interpersonal Skills.
