Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Ensure all electrical systems comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Diagnose and repair faults in electrical systems, including fault-finding, documentation, and ordering replacement parts.
  • Oversee the entire electrical maintenance process, from equipment installation to preventive maintenance and administrative tasks.
  • Lead and supervise electrical maintenance technicians to achieve maintenance goals and plans.
  • Provide technical support and training to team members.
  • Conduct routine inspections and execute planned maintenance schedules for electrical systems and equipment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Maintenance and support of installed automation systems, electrical systems, and machines controlled by PLCs.
  • Development and implementation of electrical equipment integrity programs to ensure reliable operation of electrical systems.
  • Repair and maintenance of production and packaging equipment.
  • Execution of preventive maintenance for machinery and equipment.
