Roles & Responsibilities

Personal Attributes

  • Strong interest in electrical infrastructure, asset reliability, and structured inspection programs.
  • Excellent visual acuity and ability to maintain focus for extended periods
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a technology-driven inspection and innovation team, with the ability to adapt to evolving protocols.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational discipline.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Ability and willingness to work on site and travel as required to execute project.
  • Willing and able to perform fieldwork in remote or outdoor environments, including during hot or varied weather conditions.
  • Physically fit with ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and terrains and carry up to 15 kg drone equipment when needed during inspections.

Desired Candidate Profile

u>Required Skills and Qualifications/u>

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant engineering discipline such as Telecommunications or Mechanical Engineering (with a demonstrated knowledge of power systems and electrical infrastructure principles.)
  • 1-2 years of experience for junior-level candidates, or 3-5 years of experience for mid-level applicants, in field engineering, O&M, inspection, or infrastructure-related roles in the Transmission & Distribution section.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Earth Pro, data file organization, and ability to quickly learn new digital tools.
  • Clear and concise written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to write technical reports and interpret engineering standards and technical documentation.
  • High awareness of safety procedures and ability to operate within regulated or high-voltage areas.
