Electrical Engineer / Revit Modeler

Qualifications:


- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.

- Revit experience and detailed understanding of the coordination, shop drawings preparation and basic Revit Family Creation. (fresh graduates with Revit knowledge are welcome to apply)

- Experience in the Preparation of MEP shop drawings following standard practice is an advantage.

- Capable of extracting information from the Revit model.

- Ability to create plans and details for design and shop drawings.

- Technical knowledge in reviewing material submittals for construction drawings.

- Identify any constructability issues, missing design data, and proper issuance of RFI to the concerned party.

- Navisworks' experience and comprehensive understanding of its function by setting up and coordinating projects, files, and clash detection is an advantage.

- Fundamental knowledge of MEP services and their working principles.

- Have strong organizational, analytical, design thinking, and teamwork skills.

- Ability and willingness to work independently or in a team atmosphere.

- Ability to understand and coordinate other disciplines.


Software Requirements:


- Above average skills in AutoCAD software

- Knowledge using REVIT

- Navisworks software is an advantage.

- Other 3D software is an advantage.

- MS Office is an advantage.
