Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement electrical systems for control panels and power generators.
  • Prepare technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and single-line diagrams.
  • Supervise the assembly, installation, and commissioning of control panels and generator systems.
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with international codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Coordinate with the mechanical, projects, and service teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Provide technical support to sales, procurement, and after-sales departments when required.
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project follow-up files.
  • Train and guide junior engineers and technicians on technical procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 6 years of proven experience in control panels and generators (diesel & gas).

Strong knowledge of electrical design software (AutoCAD, EPLAN, etc.).

Hands-on experience in PLC programming, protection relays, and synchronization panels is a plus.

Familiar with international electrical standards (IEC, NEC, NFPA).

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and reporting abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Fluency in English (written & spoken); Arabic and French are an asset.
