Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Electrical Engineer (Production) will be responsible for managing all technical aspects of the production process, ensuring high-quality standards, and providing technical support to the assembly and wiring teams.

Manage technical aspects of production, including BOM creation, wiring diagrams, and quality assurance.

Prepare, update, and validate BOMs, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.

Support creation of job cards (MJC, PJC, RJC) from a technical perspective.

Perform and document quality control checks throughout the production process.

Coordinate with workers to ensure correct assembly and wiring practices.

Maintain document revisions, project history, and customer-specific versions.

Participate in training, testing, and custom project execution.

Provide technical input for design modifications or troubleshooting when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the electrical or manufacturing industry.

Skills:

Strong understanding of electrical circuits, wiring diagrams, and control panel assembly.

Proficient in documentation, quality control, and technical coordination.

Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.
