Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems for factory equipment and machinery.

Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production.

Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and upgrades on electrical equipment.

Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to ensure optimal performance of electrical systems.

Ensure compliance with all electrical safety standards and regulations.

Implement and oversee preventative maintenance programs for electrical equipment.

Monitor energy usage and identify opportunities for cost-saving and efficiency improvements.

Keep up-to-date documentation of electrical designs, maintenance logs, and equipment manuals.

Provide technical support and training to factory staff on electrical systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience of 3-5 years in an electrical engineering role within a manufacturing or factory environment.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, machinery, and safety protocols.

Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical schematics.

Experience with PLCs, automation systems, and factory control systems is preferred.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities
