Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement electrical systems and components for pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and facilities.
  • Conduct regular preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal operation and minimal downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in production lines, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, production staff, and quality assurance, to support process improvements.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including wiring diagrams, schematics, and maintenance records.
  • Oversee installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment and upgrades within the facility.
  • Ensure all electrical systems adhere to local and international safety codes and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring electrical problems.
  • Support energy efficiency initiatives and recommend solutions to reduce power consumption.
  • Train and mentor junior technicians and operators on electrical safety and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Proven experience with electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment.
