ELECTRICAL ENGINEER VDR SPECIALIZED CRANE EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURING LLC

- Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning systems, equipment, and components using testing instruments (e.g., multimeters, voltmeters, ohmmeters, oscilloscopes) to identify faults and implement corrective actions on board ships.

- Modify, upgrade, or install marine electrical and control systems based on client requirements.

- Conduct preventive maintenance on shipboard equipment including generators, air compressors, forklifts, and man lifts.

- Support facility electrical infrastructure, including 440V, 220V, and 110V power systems.

- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and machinery to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.

- Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical and electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures using appropriate hand and power tools.

- Connect electrical wiring to circuit breakers, transformers, panels, and other components, ensuring reliable power distribution..

- Inspect electrical systems and components to identify potential hazards, defects, or required repairs, ensuring compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.

- Advise management on the safety and operability of systems and equipment, particularly in cases where continued use may pose risks.

- Plan layouts and installations of electrical systems based on technical specifications and local code requirements.

- Prepares specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials

- Provides back up support to another departments, as required.

- Writes reports and compiles data regarding existing and potential electrical process.
