Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and develop Preventive Maintenance plans and schedules (weekly / monthly / annual) to avoid breakdowns.
  • Create and use checklists for maintenance tasks, including dates, needed materials, required tests, and manpower.
  • Coordinate with other departments (engineering, operations, procurement, safety etc.) for maintenance planning, resource allocation, and compliance.
  • Manage spare parts inventory: identify needed spare parts, ensure availability, minimize downtime.
  • Support emergency response, on-call duties, and respond quickly to unexpected breakdowns.
  • Assist in inspections, calibration, and preventive checks of equipment (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, etc.)
  • Maintain and update operation & maintenance manuals, technical drawings, and documentation.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and fix technical or mechanical issues when they arise

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Batchelor degree in Engineering, electronics and communication department.
  • 1-2 years Hands-on experience working with medium voltage (MV) equipment: switchgears, RMUs, transformers, protective relays, control gear.
  • Proven experience in operations, maintenance (preventive & corrective), installation, testing, and commissioning of MV systems .
