V Marine

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement electrical circuits and layouts for marine applications.
• Perform load calculations and determine appropriate electrical distribution systems.
• Select and integrate suitable electrical components (switchgear, breakers, cabling, etc.).
• Develop and manage battery management systems and onboard electrification solutions.
• Plan, size, and integrate solar panel systems for sustainable energy generation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, marine electrical codes, and international best practices.
• Collaborate with mechanical, structural, and design teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Troubleshoot and optimize electrical systems during production and sea trials.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in:
  
  • Electrical load calculations and system sizing.
  • Battery systems and energy storage solutions.
  • Solar panel integration and renewable energy systems.
  • Electrical circuit design and CAD tools.
• Strong knowledge of marine or industrial electrification standards is preferred.
• Ability to select cost-effective, reliable components suitable for marine environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.
