• Design electrical systems and components to meet client specifications and standards.
• Develop detailed project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems to ensure functionality and safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with other engineering disciplines.
• Prepare technical documentation, including system manuals and project reports, for client deliverables.
• Provide technical support and training to clients and team members as needed.
• Research and innovate to incorporate new technologies and practices into engineering solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and government regulations for electrical systems.
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of electrical equipment and systems onsite.
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on project delivery.
• Evaluate and select appropriate materials and equipment to meet design requirements.
• Lead project review meetings, providing progress updates and action plans for stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field required.
• At least 3 years of experience in electrical engineering or a similar role.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software for electrical systems design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
• Knowledge of industry safety standards and electrical regulations is essential.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
