Roles & Responsibilities


Job Responsibilities

As an ELECTRICAL DRAFTSMAN, you will:
Create detailed electrical schematics, layouts, and wiring diagrams using AutoCAD & Revit.
Prepare BIM-compliant models for electrical systems (lighting, power distribution, control panels).
Collaborate with engineers to develop accurate technical drawings for construction & MEP projects.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Electrical Code (SEC), IEC, and NEC standards.
Review and revise drawings based on client & project requirements.
Assist in material take-offs (MTOs) and bill of quantities (BOQ) preparation.
Maintain organized documentation and version control for all design files.

Required Skills & Expertise

5+ years of experience as an Electrical Draftsman in the GCC (KSA experience preferred).
Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical & Revit MEP.
Strong knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) workflows.
Familiarity with electrical design standards (IEC, NEC, SEC).
Experience in HV/LV systems, lighting layouts, cable routing, and panel schedules.
Ability to interpret engineering sketches and redline markups.
Knowledge of ETAP, Dialux, or other electrical design software is a plus.
Strong attention to detail & ability to meet tight deadlines.
