Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description
As part of the expansion of our activities, we are looking for graduate engineers (Bac +5) in chemical engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or materials science, to join our team.

Your responsibilities:

Analyze and validate the results of thermal, performance and electrochemistry tests of batteries for electric vehicles, ensuring their reliability and compliance.
Conduct failure analyses (FMEA, DFMEA, etc.) and ensure compliance with operational safety requirements (SDF).
Manage the component development schedule, optimizing resources and deadlines for each stage.
Write functional specifications for components in preparation for supplier consultations, while anticipating technical needs.
Select and manage suppliers based on technical and economic criteria, in order to ensure the quality and competitiveness of the solutions offered.
Ensure product development, from design to integration and validation, in compliance with functional and technical requirements.
Propose and supervise the qualification of component manufacturing processes, ensuring their compliance with industrial standards.
Analyze technical facts related to components and provide optimization or resolution solutions.
Rigorously monitor deliverables, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, deadline and process criteria.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our methods and practices, by sharing your feedback and actively participating in our progress plan.

Qualifications
Basic Training

Engineering degree (bac +5 level) ideally in chemical, electrical, mechanical, mechatronic and materials engineering

Strengths:

PFE around a subject of E-mobility, Battery, Electrical Drive System, thermal of batteries, etc.

Master's degree in the field of electrochemistry. 

Doctorate in the field of electrochemistry. 

Experience in the field of electric vehicles and batteries, professional or academic experience
